Like most small businesses we have struggle keeping up with technology and all the updates. Installing updates was always disruptive to our daily business (dentistry), often for up to a week. Unique Enterprises, and David in particular, evaluated our situation, offered very reasonable and intelligent solutions, and then executed the changes with almost no disruption to our workflow. For the couple of small hiccups we experienced he was right there, either in person or through remote support, and problems were solved in 10 minutes or less.
