Galt's are very professional and know the extermination business inside and out. High level of integrity. I am always confident after I have used their services that the problem is solved. I had a problem with Brown Recluse spiders and after one treatment never saw another spider. Moved to a new house that they treated for termites. They did the scheduled follow up inspection of the bait and made sure I knew the service was transferred to my name and would be taken care of for the term of the agreement with no additional charge. This company will work with you if you run into any issues. After an initial spray for spiders, I was still seeing a lot of the lovely creatures around the house. The owner of the company reached out to me and offered to come out and provide a follow-up service for no charge! Very friendly staff. Good response time from initial contact. Able to eliminate a bedbug problem quickly and professionally through referral to a professional company that does fumigation. Very impressed with results and professionalism.
