Osage Waste hasn't sent me a bill for nearly a year. So I pay the same amount every month and drop it in their drop box. If the rate has gone up, I wouldn't know it. Regardless, they pick up my trash every Tuesday morning unless it's a done for dehumidifier or an item with freon.
