I recently had an appointment that didn’t go quite as I had hoped in terms of the outcome, but I still want to highlight the professionalism of the doctor. she was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and demonstrated a strong understanding of my situation. Throughout the visit, she remained respectful, attentive, and thorough in her approach. Even though the results weren’t exactly what I was expecting, I appreciate the doctor’s expertise and the professional care she provided.

Dr. Penn has been my doctor for over a decade. He and his staff create an easy going but professional atmosphere. I always feel well informed and cared for. I'm surprised to see one star reviews. I suspect those reviews have little to do with the actual service provided by this office and I would suggest you take them with a grain of salt.
