Called a bunch of plumbers in Burlington, let them ALL know that I had a water leak and had to turn my water off. Not one of them called me back except for Vernon. He came over and was very nice and knowledgeable. I will never go to any other plumber in this town.

I had a difficult plumbing issue and after 6 weeks without a toilet I was getting desperate. I had called two other plumbing businesses in town neither of which responded. I finally reached Vernon Hess. Not only did he respond but he showed up when he said he would, called if he would be late etc. great service, very customer oriented and fixed not only my immediate problem but things I was unaware of. I could not be happier. And yes, I have my bathroom back better then ever! Wholeheartedly endorse him..
