I've used this folks twice, once for gutter cleaning and once for windows. Fantastic job both times. The previous owner hadn't washed the windows in years and the ground level windows were heavily caked in grime and water stains. In a very short time they got even the worst windows in like-new condition. Can't say enough about what a great job they do. I wouldn't use anyone else.

The two employees were not only on time, but early, and pre-contacted on text. They were considerate, knowledgeable, and helpful. Had all the equipment needed, and ready to go. Our windows were 2nd and 3rd story, and they had no problem completing. Estimated time was for two-ish hours, and they were done a bit early, 1.75hrs. Will definitely use again.

We just moved into Goddard recently and found Bright Side up from a posted sign near our home. Called them up for a quote and the return call was prompt. They had our custom lights up in just a few days. Customer service is a high priority for Bright Lights as we had a few simple issues and they were out the next day to remedy with a follow up phone call to check on things. This is a thumbs up company for their services.
