“We had the unfortunate need to utilize SERVPRO of NE Wichita twice last month after two major water issues in our home. They were easy to schedule with and arrived on time. The crews were as friendly and helpful as ever - even staying late on a Friday evening to finish the job. The crews were professional and did a great job removing affected materials, treating our floors and walls to prevent mold growth, and cleaning up after. I highly recommend this company if you find yourself in need of water mitigation services. We are currently in the process of restoration after our damage and our contractor mentioned that he has followed several of SERVPRO's jobs and they have all been done really well. Their office manager Kelly is really wonderful at communicating. SERVPRO provided an incredibly detailed report with pictures and floor plans that I was able to submit to my insurance company as part of the claims process.
