Terrible place! Owner operator Sammie is very disrespectful and rude. She told me she "didnt care how I wanted my hair done" walking away and dismissing me with a wave of her hand and told me once that she would call me back to schedule an appointment with me but never did, blowing me off. If you're looking for a place where you will be treated with kindness, respect and professionalism, this is not it!

I have to agree with the review by rachel crosson. Sammie, the owner is a nasty, rude woman. She does a decent job but her attitude is very bad. She told me on one visit "I don't care how you want you hair done!" and walked off in a huff. I put it off to her having a bad day and tried to make an appointment on another occasion and she said she would have to call me back later to schedule my appointment because she was with a client and never called me back, just blowing me off. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated with respect, kindness and professionalism, this is not it! I wouldn't take my dog there.

I had experienced the employees making fun and even mocking customers when they left the salon after an appointment. I guess it was foolish to think I wasn’t the one of those customers; and sadly heart broken when... read full review
