I can't say enough about ALL the people at Service HQ!! It was a true rollercoaster ride full of many challenges yet each and every employee was SO good to me and a pleasure to work with!!
From my first phone call to Kena, letting her know I had NO HEAT at all, to Steve and his consecutive visits 2 days in a row, to Casey, the General Mgr's very helpful visit, to Pepper coming to install a brand new furnace, to Pepper and Ruben's final visit to totally re-do my exhaust flue!

Steve Solis was my technician today for routine, prepaid maintenance. Steve showed up early and was here busting his back for 2 hours. He was respectful of my home and family, informative, and stayed busy the entire time he was here. Exceptional service that has sold me as a repeat customer. I hope y’all take care of him and keep him on staff if able.
I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the HQ tech returned my call. (I called after hours) .
