Vap built my 30x40 shop (plus concrete) in the front range of Colorado. They have a clear process (initial planning, payments, material delivery, etc) and it took about five months from the time I cut the first check until concrete was poured. My garage door contractor commented that it’s the best built post frame he’s seen and he’s been installing doors for 30 years! It’s difficult to find a good builder that also has excellent customer service; Vap Construction did both in my experience. Go with Vap, you won’t regret it.
VAP Construction constructed one building for the district and repaired multiple others following a significant hail storm. The entire experience was seamless.
