I had a unit with a problem and made one call during which they helped me complete the return forms and ordered a new unit to be sent - all while I was on the phone. The Customer Rep, Barbara, was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional and extremely responsive. I can say that I have never had such great service from any company in the past. The packaging says if there is a problem they will take care of it- and they do. Highly recommend this product for quality of product and customer care. Six out of five stars!!

Best room heater that I have ever purchased! It is quiet, adequately warms a room, outside of heater never gets hot, always remains cool no matter how long it has been on. Automatically turns off if it is accidently knocked over. It has three temperature settings and comes with a 5 year warranty. We absolutely love it! No complaints!
