I've used their products since the 1970's and never encountered an issue.
I just bought their humidifier. It works as advertised.
My only complaint is it's hard to see the adjustment buttons bc it's white on white.

Outstanding Customer Service & Products Built to Last

One of the Vornado fans I bought in 1999 has served me flawlessly for decades. In the past five years, it’s run almost non-stop 24/7 for my Alaskan Malamute. Recently, the power cord started to fail. I called Vornado simply to let them know, not expecting anything more.

To my surprise, I spoke with Greg Evans, who immediately set up a return and offered to replace the fan at no cost. I was blown away, this level of customer care is almost unheard of today. I sent the fan in, received a brand-new replacement, and was so impressed that I bought two more fans a few weeks later.

I had a problem with my steamer, and Greg took care of me. Excellent customer service and warranty. You can not go wrong purchasing products from this company they have a customer for life with me. Thank you greg!!!
