Ordered several Flippi V10 fans for my home in Vintage White. Only one had a defect and stopped oscillating after just a month. Called customer service and dealt with Janet. They shipped out a replacement the same day, received the next day, no questions asked. It's funny when people leave less than stellar reviews because they assumed they could use Vornado property as a rest stop to sleep and were mad they were woken up by angry employees lmfao] [and then accuse the company of lacking common sense ??], are inconvenienced by having to drive back to the store to get a replacement or expected special treatment and exceptions to be made for a fan that was out of warranty....read full review

We want to thank you for the Vornado fan we won at the Thunder Hockey game Saturday night. It came at a perfect time because the heat in our office quit working so we were able to put it to good use right away. It’s so quiet and warm. Allan and LaVonne

I had a unit with a problem and made one call during which they helped me complete the return forms and ordered a new unit to be sent - all while I was on the phone. The Customer Rep, Barbara, was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional and extremely responsive. I can say that I have never had such great service from any company in the past. The packaging says if there is a problem they will take care of it- and they do. Highly recommend this product for quality of product and customer care. Six out of five stars!!
