Great experience. Dr. Sparks is very knowledgeable and gives great information. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well. On top of all that, I think the kicker was that I never felt rushed (like she needed to just get to the next client) and she was thorough in answering any questions I had. She said they wouldn't close until the last customer was completely taken care of. Excellent customer service. Definitely found my new eye doctor!
The entire staff at Sparks Eye Care are polite and thorough. It is always a great experience when I go in there whether it is to get my glasses adjusted or my eyes examined. They take the time to listen and then aggressively attack my problem. I love them!
My eye appointment with Dr. Sparks was great. I am very impressed with her staff. It was an informative and through experience. I have already recommended her to friends and family.
