We always get excellent care from vet and staff. I especially appreciate the time and care Dr. Bailey gives us and our toy poodle. She never rushes us and is willing to answer all of my questions. She gives compassionate care and takes into account our specific situation.
We brought Miss M’Lady to Countryside last week for her first visit ever, and saw Dr. Bailey, although we also look forward to meeting Dr. Flanagan. 4 weeks ago today....my beautiful boy was in sudden, severe pain unable to move. Even though, as I found out later, they had serious cases already going, fit us in instead of sending us to an emergency provider.
The next 3-4 hours...I wouldn't have wanted to be with any other Dr and team. I've never had to make an emergency end of life decision; always scheduled, and always feeling alone. To have to come to this decision, going through highs and lows of cause and treatment options, felt like we had extended loved ones going through it with us.
