Ball has been my air conditioning go-to company since they first replaced my old central air system 21 years ago. Until the outdoor fan froze up, the only thing I did was regularly replace the indoor air filter. While waiting for a new fan they came out and managed to get the unit to operate temporarily. Repairs were about 15% of the cost to replace the unit. I have retained them to annually service my system.
Jay showed up promptly and after checking several places diagnosed the problem, and was able to fix it on the spot! He seemed knowledgeable and was very friendly! Great experience, and I hopefully won’t be sweating for the rest of the day!
