I recently had an excellent experience with Ball Heating and Air Conditioning! Their technicians were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. One technician in particular went above and beyond by looking up the warranty on our water heater. He noticed some early signs of rust and made a note of it, so we can keep an eye on it before it goes out of warranty. Jay the owner came out to the house first thing this morning and personally addressed the issues we were having with the installation and apologized for miscommunications we were having. He also offered to come back out anytime and explain the how the furnace and thermostat communicate, and demonstrated that the equipment was working properly. Now im confident my new units will be working properly in hot and cold weather. Thanks Jay for taking to time to provide customer service and correct issues!!
