Ernesto was very polite and did a wonderful job of cleaning out my dryer vent! I highly recommend Mite-E-Ducts.
Ernesto provided excellent customer service. He explained the process and answered all my questions. I'd recommend Mite E Ducts!
David was great! He looked inside the returns and vent to note that we didn’t have much dust and everything looked good (with pics). He gave us the option to decide if we still wanted to do the cleaning or wait. Appreciate the honest work approach and option to not do cleaning. We did go ahead and have him clean the dryer vent that needed it. Overall, very happy with his work ethic, attitude and work that was done. Best customer service in a long time. Really appreciate it!
