About Craftsman Exterior Remodeling
Craftsman Exterior Remodeling is a company with a 5 star rating. The owner came out and explained everything very thoroughly, in detail, and knew everything about Hardie board siding and proper installation. Customers have never been more impressed with a company. The owner was thorough, honest, and upfront from start to finish. Crews were true craftsmen and did excellent work. The quality of their work was SUPER impressive, and the workmanship was first-rate. Crews always showed up on time. The owner stayed in constant contact and even came out himself to inspect the work to make sure it was done right. Continued contact made the process so easy, with the team with customers every step of the way, which ensured a smooth flow and constant reassurance. The company had to fix and finish someone else's work, which is never anything anyone wants to do. They even found an area around the back door that was rotted which they replaced at no extra cost. They checked the roof for damage also and reassured how they would work with homeowners insurance, and they did. There were no hidden fees, and pricing was fair - not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. Customers are satisfied with every penny spent. The house looks so beautiful, better than when it was first built 25 years ago. The company was very professional, top notch, and responsive to questions. Customers will use this company for future needs and will make it their first call for all future projects.
As all can see we love our new Craftsman Exterior new siding. We had 5 bids and Clayton the owner is so professional and has a great personality. He was here almost every day to see how his crew was doing. He is meticulous about his customers home. Our home was a creamy beige because we built in 1997 Ryland Home Builders. So we picked a new color darker and turned our home into a visual masterpiece. Got much better shutters and Clayton the owner went to pick them up, they matched the front door perfectly. He has places he knows he can trust. If your wanting exterior work call Clayton you will then know about how he treats folk. We are a gay married couple in our 60s… read full review
There is a reason this company has a 5 star rating! Clayton was great from start to finish - thorough, honest, and upfront. We got hooked up with a bad contractor and had to fire them before the job even got finished. Craftsman came into our job, and had to fix and finish someone else's work - which is never anything anyone wants to do. I appreciate that so much. On top of that, the crew they sent were true craftsmen!! The quality of their work was SUPER impressive. Everything looks so good, and I know it was done right. Lastly - the value was there. Fair pricing - not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. But - I am satisfied with every penny spent, because of how… read full review
I needed Hardie board siding on one side of my house replaced and had several companies come out to give an estimate. The first seemed unsure about a lot of my questions. The second insisted it would be fine if I wasn’t able to be there for the estimate as I couldn’t get off work the one and only day he could come out. The third guy was there 5 min and talked down to me like I was stupid (I REALLY hate that 😡).… and his estimate was outrageously high also.
Clayton at Craftsman Exterior was the fourth estimate and I have never been more impressed with a company EVER. Clayton was there about 2hrs, explained everything in detail and knew everything about Hardie… read full review
