It's just an experience like I've never had in a chiropractor office before. Very focused just for ME. Not 'cookie cutter' type care. Can always get an appointment. Roger at front desk always friendly and 'entertaining'. So glad I found them. Had been recommended by many before I went! Not fancy, but exceptional.“

6321 N Keystone Ave, Indianapolis“The best chiropractic office I’ve ever been to!
I have been to 3 different chiropractors in the past (all in different cities, I moved a lot). I have never had one so thorough and patient with me. They take the time to explain the what, why, and how with everything in the first two appointments. They answered all my questions, and I felt super comfortable with their answers.
They do a full exam and breakdown the treatment plan for the first two visits, so the rest of your visits are much faster. So plan for the first two appts to take longer, but it’s definitely worth the time to fully understand how your body is doing and how the team is going to help you get to not only feeling better but staying that way.
Dr. Street is so great, understanding, and helpful! The whole staff is so friendly and very communicative and helpful. (Check out the cute welcome sign picture when I showed up for my first appt!!!)
So glad I found them! And definitely will be sticking with them for all my future chiropractic needs.“

I didn't feel guilty for being a tanning bed lover in my 20's or pressured to buy products. Throughout the treatment, Stephanie gave great tips to maintaining healthy skin and she also tailored recommendations for my routine. By the end of my session,I felt like a new woman. Highly recommend!“

His treatments consider my needs from a holistic perspective, not just acute symptoms but also stress levels and lifestyle. And the treatments help me maintain remission from Lyme Disease. He is skilled and intuitive and I always get back into balance. I can’t recommend Dr. Harry enough!“

9640 Commerce Dr, Carmel“I have been suffering from severe neck and spine pain for 15 years of my life with no relief or answers. After a year straight of referrals and specialists passing me around, I finally decided to try Traditional Chinese Medicine, and I'm so glad it led me to Dr. Shao. Not only is the entire staff efficient and kind, but all the doctors are well versed in nerve and spine care alongside acupuncture and herbal medicine. Dr. Shao is the first doctor in perhaps my whole life to seek the cause of my pain and treat it, rather than simply diagnose and medicate me more and more. After one session, I was able to stand up fully straight and didn't need the walking stick I had used to get inside the building. I went home and took a nap, and woke up feeling relief, and I smiled and felt my whole face for the first time in 20 years; I didn't know I had lost most feeling in the left side of my body from nerve damage until acupuncture improved the circulation. I go in tomorrow for my fourth session, because this office treats its patients to wellness, not to simply manage and medicate. I am only 28. I have hope for the first time since I started feeling pain 15 years ago, and I fully credit it to the care of the staff here at Yang Health Center and to Dr. Harry Shao. Make sure to drink plenty of water, and be prepared for your body to detox. I underestimated the amount of lymph drainage and fatigue I would feel after my first two sessions, but my body is healing things that have been sitting trapped on the left side for a long time and finally have the circulation to get out. I feel more alive now than I did when I was 8 years old.“

705 E 44th St, Indianapolis“Tim at Eastern Wind Acupuncture might honestly be the best acupuncture in Indianapolis.
I’ve tried a couple spots over the years and this is the one I keep going back to. Tim just knows what he’s doing. You tell him what’s going on and he kind of figures it out right away.
I’ve gone in with back pain, tight shoulders, stress, random body stuff… and every time I walk out feeling way better.
If you’re around Broad Ripple / north side Indy and thinking about trying acupuncture, definitely check out Eastern Wind. Tim’s the real deal.“
