Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, install was done by the owner, and everything was cleaned when he left. Audrey in the showroom was a big help in finding the perfect flooring. Can't wait to finish the rest of my house.

We started looking for flooring a little over a year ago. Ingram's was one of the first places we went. After meeting Chuck and the staff, we knew we wanted to go local. Chuck and his staff have been at this for years. They have experience and expertise that you're simply not going to find most places. Having little knowledge of such things made choosing a professional vital. Chuck offered many helpful suggestions that added some great finishing touches. They have been a pleasure to work with--from the sales staff to the ones who did the labor in our home. If you're looking for new flooring, don't look anywhere else. We had carpet put in our son's bedroom and family room. We also had new flooring put in the kitchen. The whole experience was great. The store employee was knowledgeable, patience and very friendly. The owner is also wonderful. He didn't push anything on us. He looked at the rooms and let us know if the flooring was good or not. He's spot on in his measurements. When he and his helper came to do the work, they were professional and friendly. They went the extra mile to make sure everything looked perfect. I highly recommend them to everyone. They truly go the extra mile for customers.
