People continue to ask for my recommendation for HVAC repairs and twice yearly service. It has been Wells Heating and Cooling in Woodburn, Indiana not Angola, since 1994 when they installed the equipment in my new home. Weekends, day or night they are available as they back their equipment and installation. They attempt to ensure the same service person is scheduled each time. Randy is mine and has been for decades. It is to the point that I give him access even when I am not at home. I realize they have prolonged the life of my equipment by their bi-annual service calls as they point out future problems and handle them before it is a crisis. Thank you to Brett… read full review
There is something to be said about staying with local companies! Wells installed our new system in 2020 and they have been wonderful to work with. We had a power outage last night that caused our furnace to stop on the coldest day of the year. I called them this morning right when they opened at 8 AM. They were in my driveway by 10 AM and had everything up & running within minutes. I am so thankful for these experts!
Great company to work with they were friendly and flexible. Excellent communication. They did great work on a replacement furnace, it was done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use them again.
