Trenton came out to fix my furnace issue. He arrived within 60 minutes, on a Saturday. He educated me on what was occurring. He provided maintenance and troubleshooting tips, as well as a rough estimate on another product. Great job and great customer service provided.
My boyfriend and I got a flat tire in I-65 at 9:45pm at night. We called Farney's and they were able to help replace our tire (even though it was after hours!!) super quickly and were so extremely kind to us. Amazing customer service.
