The service is now great, the always let you know in advance of an upcoming holiday when to expect your trash to be picked up due to the holiday. In the beginning I had issues with my trash not being picked up off and on through out a month or so and I would report the missed pick up and they were to pick it up within 24hrs but sometimes this didn't happen for a few days but, I also live in a small town in the country so it could be a lack of ability to get out to use on a non scheduled day, and I was a new customer but after this it has been great. I recently mentioned that the driver was putting our dumpster a little further back each month and getting close to our septic lines which could damage them. I received a callbut when I tried to call back it was not a successful call. Please call me again.
