    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lived in the Market St Apts for almost 5 years with my boyfriend. I would highly recommend renting through Brandon, he would always maintain and take care of everything in and outside of the rooms. Very reasonable landlord, if there was ever a request or problem he made sure you were taken care of. He would come personally, if not hire a professional, to take care of any repair issues immediately. Thank you Brandon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

BKD Homes LLC owns studio, one, and two bedroom apartments in Winamac, Indiana. Apartments are rented with or without utilities included and come furnished with appliances. Apartments are near the Panhandle Pathway and downtown Winamac. Available apartments will be posted on our website and on our Facebook page. We also do lawn care, snow removal and some home maintenance/repair items.
