Chris at Top Quality Aire was at my house and had a diagnosis and estimate in no time at all. He made everything easy to understand and really worked around our schedule to get the job done as soon as possible. My wife is 7 months pregnant, so the ac going out was an emergency to say the least. We ended up going with a whole new system at a fair price, relocated the outside unit, new duct under our house and wired the thermostat correctly within just a couple days. With the amount of work done, there were a couple things that needed tweaked a day or two later and he showed up without hesitation to make adjustments. Where to begin… My sons’ cat was ill and had to be put to rest. A few months later got a phone call about a kitty who was needing a home and thought about my son. Healed my son’s heart with his new friend. Saved my service dogs life when U of I in Champaign wanted to put Willow to rest cause they didn’t know what was wrong with her breathing. Willow today is doing 100x better thanks to Dr. Summit and her staff. Recently educated me about UTI in cats. Chase is getting better after his visit to Dr. Summit. Highly recommend Fox Ridge for any of your pets needs. They all have been so kind and understanding. You can tell they love animals.
Our family member was at Williamsport Nursing for respite care. The staff was amazing. She received top care. She told us how nice everyone was to her and how great her care was. They respond quickly to any questions you have. When we would visit her room was always neat and clean and she was always in good spirits and happy to be there.

Best place to do business with. I arrived 7 pm for 8am appointment. They let me sleep right at the dock. Checked in at 8 am I was loaded and out by 8:30 am . Very nice and polite people!
