We have been return customers, and always will be. Pat has taken on additional jobs around our house. We had hopes to install a pond; however, sadly this didn't happen - based on our land survey - majority of land under DNR. Thankfully Pat did research and found this unfortunate information out. Pat went above and beyond - meeting personally with the Co. Surveyor to try and find other option. We had a lot of major ruts from a concrete truck - we originally planned too use the dirt from the pond to fill. Pat was able to get high grade soil delivered and graded this area - while we were on vacation. Pat is an man of standards and will tell you straight forward what to expect for a job. An EXAMPLE I would like to share: we thought we had a leak in our well. We had a popular "Well company" come out and was informed they would have to dig down 5 ft ..... long run a $3700 estimate along with probably destroying my flower garden, that I had been working on for my daughter's open house this Spring. I immediately contacted Pat and sent the estimate. He came out the next morning and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Now that is definition of customer service He's not trying to get rich on one job, he is just a honest contractor trying to make a living to support his family. Pat also wants his customers happy and satisfied with the work he was contracted to do. He goes above and beyond when it comes to job completion. I've used this company for 3 projects so far and my neighbors were so impressed they also hired Lindsay enterprise to do a job for them. We have more projects in the works and only want Lindsay enterprise to complete. I have hired many contractors over the years with very poor results or experiences in the past. Working with Lindsay Enterprise has restored my faith in trusting a contractor to do the job correctly.
