Top notch company. My furnace quit working and Ed came out quickly. He is a total expert. Ed immediately diagnosed the problem, and repaired the malfunctioning parts, for a more than reasonable price. I can't thank him enough as the house definitely needs to be heated during these subfreezing winter days. I highly recommend calling ThermoTech for any HVAC issues.
We needed to replace both our sir conditioner and furnace this summer. After getting several quotes, we chose Thermo Tech Heating & Cooling—and we’re so glad we did. The team was professional, explained everything clearly, and installed both systems with care and precision. They even included a UV light and humidifier. The space was spotless when they finished, and they followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly. Great service, fair pricing, and excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommend!
Ed is fantastic! He was willing to come out the evening I called him but I told him the next day was fine.... My pilot light kept going out. He replaced the thermal couple and completely took apart, cleaned vacuumed and inspected my furnace. Although the pilot light went out again the next day Ed came back right away, and ended up replacing the gas valve. The furnace has been running great ever since! I appreciate that he tried the easy/cheaper repair first before jumping to other conclusions or trying to sell me something I didn't need . Ed also took the time to explain what he was doing as he was doing it. Call him You won't regret it!
