“I drove 3 hours from home for a dental appointment for my daughter because she has ADHD and high anxiety and our local dentist had put her on a sedation only list (which they do not do) because she wouldn't let anyone work on her mouth. We were referred to St. Bernard from her dentist and I was a little nervous because I had never been and wasn't sure of the type of service/treatment she would endure. I was so shocked and literally almost in tears to see my daughter sit in that chair with no problems at all, and allow the staff to take x-rays of her teeth and examine her mouth to determine the treatment needed. Typically, there are two to three staff members in the room, including myself trying to hold my daughter down and keep her calm for services. I was so incredibly impressed! The staff was kind and was very knowledgeable. I will most definitely drive 3 hours again to come and see them. I wish I remember the two staff members names that assisted me, but I was extremely impressed and so very happy that I have found a place that knows how to service my daughter, without force and her leave with a smile on her face oppose to tears in her eyes. I also want to give a shout-out to Brittany, the receptionist. She’s always friendly and welcoming, making scheduling appointments a breeze and ensuring I feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Her professionalism and warmth creates a positive atmosphere at the clinic.
