I was cared for by another dentist office in Hyde park called Manus and I didn’t feel they cared for me and my child due to my race. So after researching I gave this a place a try. Not only was all the staff kind and polite but Doctor Robinson made me and my child’s anxiety disappear. She was patient knowledgeable and caring. Today we had the pleasure of being serviced by a black male dentist for my son’s cleaning which was a treat because it showed my son black men in another light. He’s never been cared for by a black male doctor which he thought was super cool. Despite this office employing people of color all staff here seem to be professional and truly kind. You won’t be sorry if you choose this place for your dental care no matter whose servicing you.“

“I wanted to take a few minutes to share my experience in hopes that it may make others more at ease with, what is a very big step in their lives.
I first went to Dr. Drone with absolutely no idea exactly what my options were going forward. I had been a “grinder” for years but had not gotten the attention required to stop the destruction of my own teeth. Having not had a cavity until the age of 35, I took my good fortune for granted. My problems had started over a decade before our first meeting, my teeth were in pretty bad shape. They had been ground down to the point that not only did they look terrible, but nearly all my teeth had been compromised structurally. Dr. Drone informed me that he could repair my own teeth, but the underlying issues of decay would persist. I was in line for several root canals going forward. And that was just for starters.
Dr. Drone suggested a total replacement plan with several options. I chose a plan, with his guidance, that would be suitable for me personally and my lifestyle. During this time I had calls from doctor well after hours that were, as he explained, “Because he just had to make sure everything was perfect”.
I then had 32 teeth pulled in one day! And at the same time had 7 implants put in my jaw. There is no way to sugar coat this experience. It was a challenge for the next six months while I waited for the healing process to be completed. Dr. Drone and his staff were very supportive during this time. Dr. Drone's attention to detail during the selection process and his clear communication as to what I should expect was right on! This was a huge step in my life. I feel now that I couldn’t have made a better choice in the path I took, or the Doctor I chose. I truly had the feeling that Dr. Drone's main goal was improving my quality of life first. What more could you ask for from a doctor? And by the way I do have a new million dollar smile as well. Which also now allows me to eat absolutely ANYTHING! I can’t thank Dr. Drone and his staff enough. Not only for their professional attention. But making me feel at ease every time I walked into the office. THANK YOU!!“
