Indiana Foundation Service

Not going to lie, we had a bit of a rough start with Indiana Foundation Service. A lot of discrepancies between what we were sold and what we actually received. The brightest spot in the whole ordeal has been Morgan Brown, Service Technician. Morgan is great at customer service and patient when explaining how our crawl space dehumidifier works. He helped us with the most recent snafu in scheduling service and is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Morgan Brown, Indiana Foundation not so much.

We needed crawlspace work for floor leveling under our kitchen. We learned about Crossroads from a neighbor who had used them. All the work was done immediately after our call which happened during Christmas and New Years week! Everyone that came was very professional and we felt so fortunate they could address it so quickly and during the winter holidays! Great Service!!! They will also be returning later to ensure the work has held up after any additional foundation leveling that may occur.Jack and Olivia WoodWest Lafayette, IN

Gavin G. was extremely knowledgeable and efficient at addressing our sump pump issues. He gave me great advice about our system as well. He did a lot of work yet left everywhere he had to go in our house, basement, and crawlspace as clean as before he arrived. I would never look forward to a "sump pump event" (!) but if there is a next time, I'd definitely want Gavin G. in my corner.
