Matt the technician was very thorough and professional. He did an excellent job of diagnosing the problems with our ice maker in our fridge. Unfortunately the cost of repairing it was almost the price of a new fridge so we opted not to have it repaired. However, I felt that he was honest and understanding, and not for one moment did I feel he was being pushy about getting it repaired by them. I will definitely use this company for appliance repair in the future.

My technician Justin was great. (He was even awesome with my dog!) He was extremely knowledgeable and honest. He helped me make the hard decision that it wasn’t cost effective to repair my Samsung washer. It wasn’t the news I wanted to hear but I truly appreciated his honesty. I would definitely recommend Duncan Home Services.

Shondra, Justin and his assistant provided excellent customer service. They were able to schedule us promptly, troubleshoot the problem, order the required parts and complete the job in time for our Thanksgiving holiday. I highly recommend this company!
