I have been their customer for most of the past 10 years, with a brief hiatus when I lived in an apartment. This company, and especially my regular technician Mike, never fail to give me top notch service. They arrive on time and work efficiently. I’ve never once felt they are milking the clock to charge me more, which I can’t say about other companies. One thing I truly appreciate is that they know one day before long Mike will retire. I do not have a modern day HVAC in my house for my heat - I have an old school boiler system with stream radiators. For my last maintenance check, the company made sure Mike could bring along a trainee so when he does retire they will still be able to provide service. I am so appreciative of this because I know not everyone works on boilers anymore. On a scale of 1 to 10, A Perfect Climate consistently comes in around 20!
