We had a great experience with our Yorkie. Staff and vet were wonderful. They were knowledgeable, caring and took time to explain condition and medication to us. Facility was clean and appealing. We are so grateful for their care. Bo is too! UPDATE: Bo is much better. He is begging for food now❤️
The veterinarians at EVCC Westville are wonderful!! Our little 6 month old kitten Tootsie passed away this Sunday and we had went to EVCC after going to Hero Animal Hospital the day prior on Saturday because she was still sick and the antibiotics Hero gave us weren’t working.
The doctors at EVCC helped us figure out that she may had had poisoning from a flower bouquet we had in the house that had Lilies in it.
At Hero they had prescribed us antibiotics for Tootsie without running any blood tests so they unfortunately missed that her kidneys were failing. The vets at EVCC said Tootsie’s kidney levels were maxed out by the time they saw her the next day.

The staff were all extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns professionally and with comfort. We never waited too long to be seen by one of the techs or doctors. We felt that our pet was treated well and cared for during her stay overnight. The care, understanding, and support from all of the staff were top tier.
