PetSuites Westfield was excellent. They walked my through their boarding process. My dog had never been boarded. The staff were extremely friendly. My dog had a great time....she was very tired when we picked her up from their playtime/boarding. We will be back and encourage others to check them out.
Staff have been so patient and helpful in getting my puppy acclimated with our irregular attendance over the past two years. I trust that they put the health and safety of all the dogs first. Between my dog dragging me through the lobby at drop off and having the peace of mind knowing my dog is well cared for, I know Pet Suites is the perfect place for us.
This was my first time boarding my fur baby and I was so scared cause it was for 10 days. The booking process was easy and fast. I added a half day dog play. They offer camera where you can watch your pup. The times I watched, he was always playing, looked like he had a ball. When I picked him up, he was so happy and had a great report card. Will definitely be using them in the future. I just feel bad now that’s he home he’s looking for his friends. Joey loves Petsuites!
