First time here for 2 dogs. Small dog and Lab. Lab loves to run with other dogs. Small dog loved staying on dog bed we took. They seemed great when we picked them up. Lab sleeping a lot due to exercise with other dogs. Small dog didn’t seem to be traumatized like at another boarder. Happy with results. Will use from now on!!
I called Petsuites the very last minute because my previous boarding facility called me the the day before and told me my pet had to complete a new interview because its been a year since his last visit. Now, seeing that my pet has attended daycare and been boarded at this facility for several years I thought it was ironic that they told me they couldn't board him without an interview. I had my arrangements to drop him off at 7am the day of travel but because he required an interview the earliest availability was at 8:30am and depending on the outcome would determine if he could stay.

We took our handsomean for his first professional grooming at the age of seven! The groomer was patient and kind with him. He looked amazing when I picked him up and he has been showing off his new cut !
