“Went once and have returned since! I had such a great experience at Reluxe Med Spa and have to specifically call out Hannah - I visited there on a whim when I couldn’t get into my regular place and have returned to Reluxe ever since and here’s why:

~ She is incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and truly takes her time—you never feel rushed and she was focused the entire appointment - this is rare. Most spots are come go come go.

I made an appointment for routine filler/injection when my previous place just was always so busy and couldn’t get an appointment- So on my first appointment for filler / tox - What really stood out—and honestly sets this place apart—was her attention to detail - as an example, my upcoming travel. I was heading out of town the following week, and she proactively advised against doing a more expensive treatment because flying right after isn’t recommended. I’ve had similar treatments before and not a single provider had ever mentioned that!! She knew I frequented (for years) another place and was foregoing the more expensive treatments out of care for me and my safety. Of course, upon returning I visited them again - and since then thereafter. That level of care, awareness, and honesty is rare and shows they are truly looking out for you, not just selling services.

She worked with me to create a plan that made sense for my timing and goals, and I never felt pressured into anything. They genuinely care about your skin long-term—not just injecting or pushing treatments. They look at skin tone, texture, and overall health and tailor everything accordingly.

Hannah has an incredible way of making you feel comfortable, confident, and taken care of. I’ve been to several top med spas around Carmel and the surrounding area, and this is by far the most personalized and professional experience I’ve had. No pressure, no upselling—just knowledgeable, attentive care.
