Wanted to throw this out there for anyone who needs it. Haircuts have always been terrible for my son! With his SPD/ADHD/Anxiety/ASD we dreaded it every month. Last summer we stumbled into a great clips and found Heidi- she has a nephew that she helps take care of that has ASD so she completely understands him and how to work with him. So much so that a haircut that used to end with everyone on the floor crying now ends with smiles! She is so patient and kind and understanding. If you special needs kiddo needs a haircut definitely go to her!

I recently took my father to Great Clips in Westfield, Indiana, and had a great experience. I love that you can join their wait-list online or through their app, choosing the location based on proximity or the shortest wait time. I picked the Westfield location on Saturday because their wait time was the quickest.
When we arrived, I helped my father out of the car with his walker and brought him inside before parking. His name was on the screen with just 5 minutes left. The stylist called him promptly, greeted him warmly, and gave him the exact style he wanted. She was quick, thorough, and even made him laugh—a very nice touch!
My husband and I have been using Great Clips seasonly for 12 years. First it FL and now after moving to the Westfield area at the Carey & 32 location. We both had nothing but great hair cuts at a reasonable price. This location is no exception. Heidi the Manager there cut my hair twice, just the way I like and appreciates customer’s input as to how long or short to take the trim to ensure one is pleased with the cut. We love it there and will definitely be back again next month! Good work folks!
