Just had another great experience with Good Guys . My AC system was displaying a fault code. Contacted my Good Guys tech, Mark Hildebrandt and he was able to come service by the next hour. Troubleshooting was a challenge but with the support team Good Guys have, success prevailed and my AC system is back online. I like having the same tech to continue to support my HVAC system, it makes for a good working relationship and it means they care about you.
Good Guys Air Conditioning and Heating is a fantastic company. Their pricing is very fair and reasonable and the service is outstanding. I needed a completely new HVAC system (two units). They came to my house on Monday, checked out my old units, explained why new units were needed, and came back on Wednesday and did the complete installation. I have used Good Guys since I moved to The Villages 7 years ago and I have never had any issues. My service rep (Sebastian) takes care of all my HVAC needs, and in the event of an emergency, he will promptly be here. It doesn't get any better than Good Guys.
Josh was very knowledgeable, professional, and had a great personality that really put me at ease. I appreciate that he offered economical options without trying to sell me extra stuff I didn't need. I will definitely be using this company when it is time to replace my unit. Highly recommend!!!
