Adria and team had awesome communication from start to finish. The crew was polite and knowledgeable, they replaced all of the rotted trim and primed all four sides of the cedar boards before installation. They worked hard and extra long hours due to the forecast, which was appreciated. I can’t say enough great things about our experience, our family feels like we have a brand new house!
This review is not regarding Five Star's actual services, but rather the kindness and selflessness that my husband and I were shown by Adria. Adria found us one morning attempting to put an insanely large doll house into the back of our van that we had purchased on FB Marketplace. Adria had been at another house in the neighborhood working when she saw our (probably hilarious) struggle. She drove her company pickup truck down to us and without pause, offered to haul it back to our house. This random act of kindness speaks very highly to the company she represents, and as we learned according to her business card, actually owns.
