Called in the morning with a low tire and they were able to get me scheduled within a few hours. Once I got it there they took less than 40 minutes to find the problem and solve it.

I got stranded in this town during the winter storm this week; had to stop 3 hrs short of my destination, and when locking my car to go into my hotel, heard the faintest beep. My battery was dying; it was 4:15, and Firestone closed at 6. I called, and they said to come on in. Despite the weather and quick nature of the situation, they helped me out and got me a new battery installed. I was warm and cozy back in my hotel room shortly after 5. Thank you SO MUCH to Matt and Zygmud for the assistance. You made a really stressful day much better, ending it with a reminder of human decency and kindness. The Firestone Team really took care of me. Something happened to the bottom of my car and it was making a lot of noise and really concerned me. I called them and they were able to get me in within a few hours and had it fixed for me before my lunch break was over. Have also gotten my car aligned multiple times there and they always do a great job.
