Christopher was excellent - great service, engaging in conversation and encouraging of my teenage son who had done some work on the car prior to bringing it in. We wont take the car anywhere else based on our interactions with him. Car was returned to us quickly, and great communication from drop off to pick up.

I had an excellent experience at Firestone thanks to Christopher and his team. Christopher was an amazing help from start to finish and kept us informed throughout the entire service. Our car was there for a few days, but he was always clear about what was happening, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we were updated every step of the way.
Christopher and his staff did an outstanding job. I was especially impressed by their professionalism and patience after witnessing them handle a very rude customer who was yelling. They remained calm, respectful, and continued providing great customer service despite the situation.
