I looked at multiple eyeglass vendors in my area. Not only does Tavel accept Medicare Advantage, but had the most friendly and knowledgeable staff of any other places I looked at. I placed an order for glasses… then texted a photo of me wearing them to my family and bestie and everyone one of them said they thought they appear too big for my face. I had to agree. I called the next day and canceled the order. Today I went back there and after working with 3 different Opticians, we found a pair that worked for me and went ahead and ordered them. I’m much happier now! Also I’d like to single out Lexie… who was extremely patient during both visits and worked hard to find what I wanted. I’d recommend her, and this location (W. 86th Street) to anyone! Cindy
