The therapists are friendly, effective, and knowledgeable, with a detective-like approach to solving issues. The receptionist is friendly, pleasant, and helpful with scheduling and insurance. Patients have reported significant improvements, such as increased strength and reduced pain, thanks to the clinic's expert care. Gene and Alex happily answered all questions and took the time to explain everything, working on back and wrist issues. Gene got to the real issue, and patients are walking and doing things better, getting everyday life back. Kathy at the front desk is sweet and great to talk with. Gene Hur is very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and reliable, with patients finding zero pain after knee replacement surgery thanks to his workouts. BenchMark Physical Therapy is highly recommended for its exceptional service and commitment to patient care.
PT Gene Hur is phenomenal! He looks at all angles and really tries to figure out the problem. He got my daughter feeling the best she has felt in a long time and is back to all aspects of her sport. Kathy is so kind and welcoming.

Gene Hur and Kathleen Carrigg were great excellent therapists. Gene Hur was my main physical therapist. He runs the the physical therapy group there. I am impressed by the therapists. The secretary is amazing. She is the heart. She makes sure it runs smoothly. The texts is good reminder to make sure I don’t miss my appointments. I love my sessions with Gene Hur. I thought I really didn’t need the physical therapy. However, I realized I was really weak after I started the sessions. I needed it to get my pelvis back in alignment. I am much better.
