From the moment that Cole came to the house to discuss what was needed - to the estimate process, to the work done by Mike and Mason - it was all smooth and professional. An estimate was provided by Cole, who explained the entire replacement process without pressure. I was able to choose the color of shingles, then given time to study the estimate before accepting. There was no pressure, and a total willingness to answer my questions. After the work was complete, they came back to check the work and see if I was satisfied. They even came back and caulked the interior corners to correct some minor shifting (it's an OLD house). I was very happy. Then, I had the garage gutter cleaned out and had metal gutter guards installed. Josiah came to do that job and very quickly had it finished. He also sent me photos throughout the process so I could see it from start to the final installation.
