Although most of the stylists are great at their job, there’s one who made me remove 2 stars from the rating. Kathy Darrough, an extremely hostile person, I don’t know how she’s with others or it’s just non-American person. She seems to be riding on a horse and wants to complete the haircut as fast as possible. She responds in a very cold manner to costumer’s remark and is very grumpy. Had I known before I would have waited a bit long for any other stylist to be free.That being aside other stylists Anna, Taeylor and Sheri are awesome!Service: Haircut

I arrived at 2pm for my 2pm Supercut Haircut on 10/13/23. I was welcomed immediately upon entering the store. My Stylist Kathy Darrough greeted me and escorted me to her chair. Kathy asked me how I wanted my haircut and then proceeded to start clipping. Kathy is always in such good spirits and very personable. In very short time Kathy got the job done to my satisfaction and even trimmed my eye brows, side burns, and beard. I got a great Supercut Haircut by a wonderful professional stylist. There were two stylists who each did a great job on my children. One in particular worked with my 12 year old and spoke to her like she was an adult. She made her comfortable and treated her with genuine respect.
