Great!! Fantastic!!! Joe’s experience really showed when inspecting a property from 1895. He was extremely thorough spending close to 6hrs surveying the 3,600 sq ft of space. Joe was very straight forward with his findings and communicated all concerns in a light hearted professional manner. The initial quote seemed high but Joes experience is worth it. Highly recommend his services to anyone interested in buying an old home.
