It's hit or miss depending on who your stylist is. They have left me unbelievably chopped sometimes where I decide it might be best to wear a hat for a couple of weeks. Other times, it is on par with barbers that I have paid 40+ dollars for a cut. The online check in is amazing and I always make sure to use it!
I'm writing a review which I never do to say that this is the ONLY place that has ever cut my hair the way I've wanted consistently! Super friendly and helpful and actually cutting my hair the way I want! I love it. $17.99 for a Purdue student haircut, so not bad at all. I will definitely come again!!
If you can, have Karen cut your hair. She is the senior manager and moves around, but if you can she is the BEST. She will tell you what looks good and what doesn’t, recommend you genuinely helpful products without trying to sell them to you, and is overall a friendly and caring soul. Loved my experience!
