I wouldn't give this woman even 1 star. DO NOT GO THROUGH HER! she messed up my taxes back in 2018. I've given her since 2019 to get this matter corrected she has not. Yes I turned everything into her, never received any paperwork back from her as you are supposed too! I tried giving her another chance done my taxes for 2020 and again never received any paperwork from her showing what she has turned into the irs. I now owe the irs 16k because of her mistakes. I've asked for print outs for 2018 since December 2021 she still refuses to send me my paperwork that I've paid her for already. She blamed part if not responding on having covid, I gave her plenty of time to resolve...read full review

I have been with Amy at five star taxes for a year now. She has always very responsive to my emails and phone calls. She has put my mind at ease knowing things were going to get done.
