Bill explains everything to you and show you the worn-out parts. He looks around and sees other problems and let you know what they are whether you shouldn't have them done. Or you could have them done later on. He's very thorough with his work. I'm glad I came back into the area to have his shop and him work on my vehicle. I know know when I take my trip I'll be safe. I'm not worried about breaking down and getting over charge because I'm a tourist. He has years of experience under his belt. Six stars
Mr Lafferty is straightforward and friendly. (He also likes cats and dogs!) I needed rear struts replaced; he fit me in quickly and charged just slightly more than half of the quote I got from a chain car service store. I highly recommend him.
