Mark just left my home after doing the annual maintenance on our furnace. He came in, was very pleasant, and did his job very efficiently. Before he left, we had 5 mins or so to chat, and it was obvious from that, he is a very nice young man.
I have been a customer with Gibson's for almost 20 yrs, and I am always impressed with the people who come to my home from Gibson's. They are of the highest caliber, and Mark certainly lives up to their standards.

I love Gibson's! I have used these guys for multiple rental unit installations and cleaning services, as well as contracted jobs for my construction business - they are always punctual and professional. This morning, we gave them a call because our home's central air was not cooling properly (compressor was not running). They had a tech (Isaac) here by noon to diagnose. He was very polite and informed me of all my options. Since our system is now 21+ years old, I feared that we were looking at thousands of dollars for a replacement. Not today! He said the capacitor appeared to be shot, and he was right. They stock a universal replacement in their van,... read full review
