Lugnutz Automotive LLC is a good, reasonable mechanic that gets customers in and taken care of fast. These people really care and understand that having a car is a need. They perform services like shocks, brakes, and oil changes, with work done and reprogrammed as needed. While some delays can happen with special order parts, their intention is not to give bad service. Customers report they will go there again.
We have had some bad reviews from people and that isn’t our intention to give bad service but when someone tells you they won’t have the money to the first of the month we didn’t touch it to then . She had drove the jeep for 6 month before bringing it in and her def was so plugged up that it cause it to overheat and melt a special order part that took longer then expected . So that wasn’t our intention to over bad service
The couple that owns this spot are honestly some of the best people. We were just passing by on a road trip and our car broke down. They weren’t even open but they picked up the phone and met us up. He spent a long time trying to fix up our car, which was just beat. He was honest and had a world of knowledge. They even gave us a ride to a rental spot 20 min out.
PS the bartenders at the Angle Inn across the street are super friendly! Food is great too.
