Had a water leak under my house during the night. Called at 6am expecting a machine since they don't open until 7. But, someone answered the phone and said they could work me in despite having a full schedule. Two men arrived earlier than I expected and were able to fix two leaks. Did a great job. Will definitely use them in the future.

Despite the busy season they got us scheduled within 24 hours to come and look at our furnace that stopped working in the single digit weather. The mechanic was kind, polite and got things done quickly. We love Buchanan's!
